KUHNSOFT, LLC (DBA BOGORedeem.com) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology
that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy
applies to the BOGORedeem site and governs data collection and usage.
By using the BOGORedeem site, you consent to the data practices described
in this statement.
COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
For consumers/patrons purchasing BOGORedeem reward cards, BOGORedeem collects (in the category of personal information), personally identifiable information as follows: name, email
address, and phone number. This information is needed to register your BOGORedeem card in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged. It is also used to ensure you are in fact the owner of the purchased card and to
prevent someone else from using it and redeeming offers.
For merchants & businesses registering in our system so they may have their offers listed on BOGORedeem cards, we collect all of the above information from you as well as collect and save your geocoordinates and address in our database so we can identify card reward programs that are closest to you. This allows you to view those Programs and register any BOGO Offers onto those cards.
For merchants as well as consumers purchasing cards, providing your Mobile Phone number and/or Email Address, allows us to notify you when new programs are available in your area as well as send you Reminder Notifications so that you can retrieve your card details if your card is ever lost, stolen, or damaged. It also allows us to perform technical support and for merchants, allows us to provide configuration of your business listing and BOGO offers on cards. We are not responsible for any SMS Txt Msg rates you may incur from a carrier.
For merchants as well as consumers, by providing your Mobile Phone number, you are opting in so that we can notify you of any of the above-mentioned items for card retrieval purposes, troubleshooting, or locating deals, offers, & card programs in your area. By providing your Email Address, you agree to allow BOGORedeem to email you of the same information, including any card purchases (for patrons) an invoice of your purchase as well as are opting in to email marketing so that we may email you about other businesses or offerings in your area related to the BOGORedeem platform.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically
collected by BOGORedeem. This information can include: your IP address,
browser type, domain names, access times, referring website addresses, as well as location data so we can find and locate food properly. This
information is used by BOGORedeem for the operation of the service, to
maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use
of the BOGORedeem site. Our apps in the app stores (coming soon) will prompt for location access but will not collect background location data. We use location information to either find programs, or deals/offers nearby if you are a consumer/patron as well as to pinpoint the location of your business if you are a merchant enrolling in programs or posting card offers.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information
or personally sensitive data through BOGORedeem,
this information may be collected and used by others.

Consumers in the state of California may request access to review, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal identifieable information collected through the app using the above-mentioned contact information.
Consumers who are minors, if we know they are minors, will have their information obfuscated/encrypted so that we only know of a purchase that was placed during a period of time, but that no personal identifiable information can be extracted of that minor. If you are a minor or are parent or guardian of a minor that you know uses BOGORedeem, you may request deletion and/or obfuscation of the minor's information at any time also using the previously mentioned contact information above.
This information is the only information we collect so that the business/merchant can identify you as the purchaser of a BOGORedeem reward card and know that it belongs to you as well as can contact you in case there is a question or problem. For minors under age 16, or anyone else for that matter, we do not collect any additional information other than this bare minimum needed in case the business needs to contact you about your card or allow you to perform a Forgot/Lost My Card retrieval of your information.
By default, the above information is kept for a period of up to 3 years for accounting purposes by businesses and for their bookkeeping and tax purposes.

you choose to link to from BOGORedeem so that you can understand how those
Web sites collect, use and share your information. BOGORedeem is not responsible
for the privacy statements or other content on Web sites outside of the BOGORedeem
and BOGORedeem family of Web sites.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
BOGORedeem collects and uses your personal information to operate the BOGORedeem
Web site and deliver the services you have requested. BOGORedeem also uses
your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services
available from BOGORedeem and its affiliates. BOGORedeem may also
contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services
or of potential new services that may be offered.
BOGORedeem does not sell, rent or lease your 'customers' or 'customer lists' to third parties.
BOGORedeem may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business
partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you and communicate with you about
value added offerings. In addition, BOGORedeem
may share data with trusted partners to help integrate with value-add services to
provide additional functionality and benefit to restaurants/caterers/food trucks or other merchants using our platform such as selecting an online ordering or ecommerce provider to use with BOGORedeem or mapping services to make you more visible for consumers/patrons in your area.
You may choose not to use these other like/similar services and may email us to have
your data removed from these other services if you choose not to use them or they do
not benefit you. We may also share data to help us perform statistical analysis, send
you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All
such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to
provide these services to BOGORedeem, and they are required to maintain
the confidentiality of your information.
BOGORedeem does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such
as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.
BOGORedeem keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within
BOGORedeem, to determine what BOGORedeem services are
the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising
within BOGORedeem to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested
in a particular subject area.
We send periodic updates via email (newsletters) as well as purchase notification emails (invoices).
You may unsubscribe to newsletters at any time using the Unsubscribe link provided within our periodic newsletters
which often also contain important system updates and enhancements. However, we have the right to always email you related to information about your account as well as copy you on things related to the usage of this platform such as purchase invoices when consumers purchase new cards.
BOGORedeem Web sites will disclose your personal information, without notice,
only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is
necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process
served on BOGORedeem or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or
property of BOGORedeem; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect
the personal safety of users of BOGORedeem, or the public.

card number) is transmitted to other Web sites, it is protected through the use
of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. BOGORedeem does not house or store sensitive information such as credit card details. These are transmitted real-time and are directly processed by a credit card processing company such as Square, Clover, or PayPal. This sensitive data never gets stored on BOGORedeem servers or databases and only refernces to your payment such as a Payment ID are stored in our platform.

company and customer feedback. BOGORedeem encourages you to periodically
