Best ways to Market and Sell your BOGORedeem Reward Cards

Did you know you can send a Purchase Link using the Buy a Card Page?

This is the EASIEST way to quickly send a purchase link when you're on the phone with someone or already texting with friends & family.

Using this mechanism, you won't have to hand them a physical card and they can purchase and activate it by clicking on the Purchase Link!

Think about these great digital options!

  1. Call Friends or Family and ask them to purchase a card. Then, go to the Buy a Card/Send a Card Page and simply enter their Cell number and it will send them a Purchase Link.
  2. Allow customers to send themselves a Purchase Link! For example, when you're at your sporting event for your soccer team and during the game you make an announcement. "Please support our fundraiser! Go to BOGORedeem.com and click on Buy a Card. Then, enter your phone number along with our fundraiser passcode "YOUR PASSCODE". You will receive a purchase link to purchase one of our reward cards to support our annual soccer program's fundraiser!"
  3. Simply post a link on your website or facebook page and ask people to purchase a Rewards Card for your fundraiser. Give them the same instructions as above. Make sure to replace YOUR PASSCODE with your Program's actual Passcode that was generated and given to you by BOGORedeem when we created your fundraiser for you.
  4. Hang posters around town, at your school, shops, etc.. with these same instructions above.

If you follow the ideas above, you will be able to sell more cards at a much faster pace than by selling the printed QR Code cards alone.

However, the BEST thing about BOGORedeem is you have multiple options of selling your cards. Using the digital mechanism outlined above wherein someone will pay by credit card, OR, by selling the printed QR Codes and collecting cash from your customer(s).

Tips for selling

  1. Evenly divide the number of cards you need to sell between all the people on your team (we call these "salespeople"). These can be athletes, students, or anyone in your club or organization who will be selling cards.
  2. Set expections with your salespeople and give them the date by which all their cards must be sold and the expected amount of money returned by each salesperson. For example, if you have 1,000 cards to sell, 25 salespeople, and each card is to be sold for $25.00. Then, each salesperson would be given 40 cards and would be expected to hand you back $1,000 when all their cards are sold.

Note: For any digital cards that are sold, your salespeople wouldn't have been handed the cash to give you back since the customer would have paid by credit card online. This is where the Honor System comes in and they must be able to tell you they sold 20 cards electronically by credit card and they have cash for 20 QR Code (physical cards) that were sold. At the end of the fundraiser when all cards have been sold, you will have collected all your cash from your salespeople (less digital sales) and BOGORedeem will tally up the amount of people that paid by credit card for the electronically sold cards. You will send BOGORedeem 50% of the cash for your cards that you agreed to sell and BOGORedeem will send you a check for 50% of the cards purchased through credit card.
